GovFlow is a digital workflow engine that automates and manages government service processes—such as applications, approvals, and certifications—across all departments. It dynamically creates services for different government entities and runs them through Shapla OSS (web, mobile, kiosks, and branches). GovFlow follows rule-based steps, manages approvals, and securely stores the final output in TruDocs, a blockchain-based document system.
